Weddings & Events

How do we get started booking for a Wedding or Event?

INQUIRE + CONSULTATION

After your inquiry form is complete let’s jump on a discovery call! We’ll chat colors, discuss your preferences and dream up your detailed floral wishlist together.

What is the next step after the initial consultation?

PROPOSAL + RESERVE YOUR DATE

After our chat, Ashley will provide a custom proposal detailing your floral vision. We anxiously wait for your feedback and make any adjustments requested. To reserve your date on our calendar we require a completed contract and deposit.

Final Details & Wedding Day

FINAL DETAILS + WEDDING DAY!

As the best day ever approaches, we’ll reconnect with a final review call. We’ll present our detailed floral mood board, check in on the timeline, and button up any last minute quantities and adjustments. We’ll be just as excited to see you on your day and bring the floral vision full circle!

DIY Bucket

How many buckets do I need?

One bucket is perfect to create 3-5 small mason jar sized arrangements depending on your design preference or 2-3 hand bouquets. We will always recommend ordering more than you need, especially if you are new to designing. This will help ensure you are designing to your full potential and not creating a limit for yourself wishing you had more blooms

Can you tell me what flowers will be in the buckets? Can I pick the varieties I want?

We cannot guarantee any specific variety as the season and offerings change weekly. Only sweet Mother Nature knows what will be blooming that particular week! We of course want to accommodate whenever possible, so if you have your heart set on something please let us know so we can help in any way we can.

How do I keep the flowers fresh?

Blooms in our DIY buckets will likely have been harvested within the last 24 hours prior to your pick up – ultimate freshness! With that being said you can expect a vase life of 5-7 or more days depending on the type of bloom. To keep the flowers fresh, it’s important to keep the temperatures cool and water clean. Our best tips: a cold garage or dark room, out of direct sunlight, clean vessels and clippers, away from ripening fruit, and fresh water replaced daily. Be sure to remove any packaging the bunches may come in or place some blooms in a spare bucket to allow them space to breathe.

Flower Subscriptions

When does the flower subscription begin?

Exact dates are only known to Mother Nature but we anticipate on our Spring 2026 subscriptions to start early to mid March. We will email you ahead of time the exact starting date as it gets close.

Can I Give a Flower Subscription as a Gift?

Absolutely! Please leave us a note when you make your purchase so we can contact whomever you are gifting the subscription too.

Can I Have my Flower Subscription Delivered?

At this time we are not setup to do deliveries. If you are unable to pick up from our farm stand, we have partnered with other local small business to serve as a more convenient pick up location for you. Brooklyn’s Cafe, The Veggie Wagon, and The Village

What if I’m on vacation that week?

We allow you to skip one week with your subscription. That week will be added to the end of your subscription. After that you may have your share picked up by a friend or donated. Please be sure to let us know at least a week in advance.

The flowers at Potts and Petals are absolutely beautiful!

I would recommend everyone rushing over and picking a beautiful bouquet for a special occasions or a just for the heck of it bouquet!

The Zinnias are an absolute must have along with the Sunflowers and too many to mention!
